Terms & Conditions Registration Agreement

Inmate.ws is pleased to be able to provide unlimited access to the public records resource directory on the Inmate.ws website ("Inmate.ws" or the "website") to those who accept the terms of this Membership Registration Agreement (the "Agreement") and make applicable payment. You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term or condition of the Agreement, you are NOT authorized to become a registered member to Inmate.ws services. Should you accept the Agreement, you will then be asked to provide information for the credit card, echeck or PayPal that you wish to use to pay for unlimited access to our public records database. Once both steps have been completed, you will be allowed unlimited access to the public records resource directory found on Inmate.ws.

Under any circumstances, any claim or dissatisfaction that any subscriber may have relating to, arising out of the transaction, the claim of the subscriber against the service provider (MIL technologies Ltd) cannot exceed the amount paid by the subscriber to the service provider for availing the service.

Inmate.ws does not guarantee accuracy of any of the databases and resources found in the member's area. All records found on our web site are not to be used for any purpose except for informational use only to help keep you informed of the general public. This website is not responsible for your actions or anyone else's actions arising from the information and records found on our web site. We cannot guarantee that ALL records are accurate or available in our databases. Our databases are not to be used for employment decisions, unlawful acts, stocking, harassing, and embarrassing others or anything else which is against our policy as stated in these Terms and Conditions.

The public record databases in our member's area are geared towards USA records only.

Although we are one of the best public record providers on the Internet covering over 200 million public records in our databases, we cannot guarantee that record results will be available for any particular person you are seeking. When results of a search subject are found, results may come back with limited information. The purchase of your membership is for your convenience of accessing multiple databases in one location (the member's area) and having features that otherwise isn't easily found for free elsewhere on the Internet. The purchase of your membership is to help keep you informed of the general public only and should not be purchased if you:

• Are in desperate need of finding a particular person or seeking information on a particular person as not all records are accurate, have any results, or may come up with limited information.
• cannot afford our service
• do not understand what our service offers or if you get confused easily
• If you get angry if a search subject you are seeking is not available or has limited results.
• Are seeking Non-U.S. public records.
• do not agree with our terms and conditions

By your use of the Inmate.ws service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inmate.wsits directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors against any and all claims arising out of said use, regardless of the cause, effects, or fault. Under no circumstances will MilitaryRecords.ws, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors are liable for any damages from your reliance upon anything derived from this site even if Inmate.ws, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors have been advised that such defect or unsuitability exists. Inmate.ws, its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, server maintainers, and contributors disclaim all liability to you for damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees.

Inmate.ws makes no warranty that (i) The service will meet your requirements, (ii) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) The results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) Any errors will be corrected. Any material accessed or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss that results from any such material. Please note that all descriptions, search results, photographs, and other matter relating to this service/product used on the Inmate.wswebsite are for illustration purposes only and do NOT reflect actual services/products one will be able to find by using our services. In general, it is possible to find the information through the use of the listings this site provides, but results may vary and we do NOT guarantee in any way neither availability of the product or free services inside the member's area.

PART 2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that Inmate.ws shall NOT be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but NOT limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Inmate.wshas been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) The use or the inability to use the service; (ii) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) Statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) Any other matter relating to the service.

PART 3. I, the member, accept liability for all payments charged to my account by me or by anyone else using my "Username" and "Password" to access any part of MilitaryRecords.ws, whether or not that person does so with my authorization. I understand that it is my responsibility to keep my "Username" and "Password" in a secure place, and that I am fully responsible for all charges incurred by usage thereof.

PART 4. I understand that the purchase of a Membership is for a single user account and that the service that I am purchasing is the right for the member to search Inmate.wspublic directory of third party resources on an "unlimited" basis, a term that, when used in this agreement, means access to Inmate.ws database of hyperlinks to public records websites.

PART 5. I understand that my "Username" and "Password" will only provide access to the Inmate.wswebsite and that it will NOT provide access to any other website, service, or any 3rd party hyperlink contained in Inmate.ws public records database that requires its own username and password.

PART 6. I understand that all descriptions, search results, photographs and other matter relating to this service/product used on the Inmate.ws website are for illustration purposes only and do not reflect actual services/products one will be able to find by using our services. I understand that Inmate.ws service is to offer members easier access for finding public record resources which include unaffiliated third party companies who can provide me with investigation searches. I understand that these third party companies may not be 100% complete or accurate and understand that in most cases they may charge me a fee to conduct a search. In General, it is possible to find the information through the use of the listings this site provides, but results may vary and we do not guarantee in any way neither availability of the product nor free services inside the member's area.

PART 7. I understand that Inmate.ws may modify or terminate its services (including canceling an individual's account) for any reason and without notice, without liability to me, any other user, or any third party. I understand that Inmate.ws reserves the right to modify this Registration Agreement from time to time without notice, and that I am advised to review this Registration Agreement from time to time so that I will be kept informed of any changes.

PART 8. I understand that Inmate.ws reserves the right to change its prices for unlimited access to its public records databases at any time and for any reason.

PART 9. Inmate.wsdisclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material found in websites listed on Inmate.ws disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, mis-delivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Inmate.ws disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the Website.

Inmate.wsis provided "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. Inmate.wsexpressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, durability and fitness for a particular purpose, quality, satisfactory quality, title and non-infringement of proprietary rights. Inmate.ws disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the website Inmate.wsdisclaims any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the Inmate.ws. Inmate.ws disclaims any warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the website or received through any links provided by the Inmate.ws website, as well as for any information or advice received through any links provided in the Inmate.ws website.

I understand and agree that I download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of Inmate.ws at my own discretion and risk, and that I will be solely responsible for any damages to my computer system or loss of data that results in the download of such material or data. If my state does not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, then I understand that this above exclusion may not apply to me.

Under no circumstances shall Inmate.ws be liable to any user on account of that user's use or misuse of or reliance on the website. Arising from any claim relating to this agreement or the subject matter here of such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if Inmate.ws has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Such limitation of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from use or misuse of and reliance on Inmate.ws, from inability to use MilitaryRecords.ws, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of Inmate.ws(including such damages incurred by third parties). This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on Inmate.ws or received through any links provided in the Website, as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the Website or received through any links provided in the Website. This limitation shall also apply, without limitation, to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data. Such limitation shall further apply with respect to the performance or non-performance of Inmate.ws or any information or merchandise that appears on, or is linked or related in any way to, Inmate.ws. Such limitation shall apply notwithstanding any failure of an essential purpose of any limited remedy and to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall Inmate.ws be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.

This User Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Registration Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Registration Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

This User Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the User Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Inmate.ws.

PART 10. I make each of the above statements and certifications with respect to myself personally, as well as on behalf of my employer and any other person or entity to which I provide reports or information based on data obtained from Inmate.ws databases. I have the authority to act on behalf of all such other persons or entities in making these statements and certifications.

PART 11. WEBSITE USAGE:
This website is for your own personal use only. You may NOT send automated queries to our system; republishing or redistributing any data on this website is strictly prohibited. Usage of this website and all information contained within is subject to Indian law. By accessing Inmate.ws, you also certify and attest that you are NOT affiliated with any local, state, or federal law enforcement agency. If you are, you are NOT permitted to proceed past this page and must leave this website immediately.
Failure to comply with any provision of this agreement by any member will result in immediate termination of that individual's account!
